Which channel to use
WhatsApp is the right choice for a quick question, for sending photographs from a phone, and for anything after treatment. Messages on clinical matters are read by the dentist who will treat you rather than by reception.
E-mail is better for a full case: an X-ray, a CBCT file, a quote from another dentist, or anything with more than one attachment. Large CBCT files can be sent as a shared link rather than an attachment.
The telephone is for appointments, arrival times and changes of plan on the day. It is answered during Monday to Saturday, 08:00 to 18:00.
The contact form on this page goes to the same inbox and is the best option if you would rather write in your own language and set out a history in order.
What to send for a quote
A description on its own cannot be priced, however carefully it is written, because “a back tooth on the left” covers three teeth and two different treatments. What can be priced is a panoramic X-ray taken in the last twelve months, or a CBCT scan, plus three photographs: front-on smiling, and one from each side with your lips held back with your fingers. A phone camera near a window is all that is needed.
If you already have a treatment plan or a quote from another clinic, in any country, send it as well. We will price the same work from our own published list and say plainly which lines we would not do and why.

Appointments are held rather than promised: tell us two possible windows and we will reserve one of them for seven days while you arrange travel.
