Full mouth dental implants cost: four routes and what each one comes to
There is no single full mouth dental implants cost, because four quite different treatments are sold under that phrase and they are separated by a factor of several. The cheapest route that still uses implants is a denture clipped onto two to four fixtures at 300–450 euro each. The most complete is both arches on fixed bridges, at 5,000–7,000 euro per arch. Between them sit six implants per arch at 6,500–9,000 euro, and the mixed route where some of your own teeth are kept. This page prices all four so that you can see which question you are really asking.
- What the phrase covers
- Anything from two implants steadying a denture to twelve implants carrying two fixed bridges
- Routes on this page
- Four, each priced separately below
- What decides between them
- Bone volume, how many of your own teeth can be saved, bite force, and budget, in that order
- Time span
- Between one trip and three, spread over 4 to 8 months
- Guarantee
- 5 years on fixtures, 5 on prosthetics, whichever route
- What is never quoted here
- A single mouth price before a CBCT scan has been read
Send a panoramic X-ray and one sentence about what bothers you most: loose teeth, a denture that moves, pain, or appearance. The four routes come back priced for your mouth, with the one we would recommend marked and the reason given.
The four routes side by side
| Route | What it is | Priced from | Fixed or removable |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1. Implant-retained denture | 2 to 4 implants per arch with a denture that clips on | 300–450 euro per implant, plus the denture | Removable, you take it out at night |
| 2. Fixed bridges on four implants | 4 implants and a screwed-in bridge per arch | 5,000–7,000 euro per arch | Fixed |
| 3. Fixed bridges on six implants | 6 implants per arch, longer span, heavier bites | 6,500–9,000 euro per arch | Fixed |
| 4. Mixed rehabilitation | Your own teeth crowned or root-treated, implants only where teeth are gone | Built line by line from the list below | Fixed |
Route 1: the clipped-in denture
Two implants in the lower jaw, or four in the upper, with attachments that the denture snaps onto. This is the route that solves the specific misery of a lower plate that will not stay down, at the lowest implant count of any option here. The fixtures are the published price; the denture and its attachments are quoted with your plan. Detail, cleaning and the day-to-day of it are on implant-retained dentures.
Route 2: four implants and a fixed bridge, per arch
The most-chosen route for a mouth where nothing is worth keeping. One arch is 5,000–7,000 euro, two arches are two of those, and the price covers the extractions, the temporary bridge you fly home in and the final bridge. All-on-4 dental implants sets out the surgery and the two-trip calendar.
Route 3: six implants per arch
Chosen on indication and not as an upgrade: a wide upper jaw, a heavy bite, a long span, or bone that will not take four fixtures in the tilted positions All-on-4 relies on. 6,500–9,000 euro per arch.
Route 4: keeping what can be kept
The route most quotes from volume clinics never offer, because it is slower to plan and impossible to package. Teeth with sound roots are root-treated and crowned at 200–350 euro each, sound teeth that need covering are crowned at 150–250 euro, a gap between two crowned teeth is bridged at 400–600 euro, and implants at 450–650 euro go only where a tooth has actually been lost. For a mouth with six or eight salvageable teeth this often comes to less than route 2 and keeps your own roots in the bone, which is worth more in twenty years than it looks on a spreadsheet today. The sequencing is described on full mouth rehabilitation.
The four routes are easiest to compare on one sheet. Ask for it on WhatsApp at +355 69 691 1118 with your X-ray attached, and you will get the four totals for your own mouth rather than the generic bands above.
How the plan chooses
Four questions, answered in order, and each one narrows the field.
** This is answered tooth by tooth from the X-ray and, where a root is in doubt, from the CBCT. If the answer is six or more, route 4 is on the table and usually wins on both cost and biology. If the answer is none, routes 1 to 3 remain.
** Front-of-jaw bone survives longest, which is why two implants can steady a lower denture in almost any mouth. Back-of-jaw bone goes first, which is what All-on-4’s tilted fixtures are designed around and what occasionally forces route 3.
** A patient who grinds, or who has strong jaw muscles from years of chewing with a shrinking denture, puts a load on a four-implant bridge that changes the material choice and sometimes the implant count.
** This is a real clinical variable, not an embarrassing one. Route 1 done well beats route 2 half-done, and staging a mouth across two years is a legitimate plan when the sequence is written down. Say the number and the plan is built inside it.
What a whole mouth costs in the UK and in Turkey
| Where | Per arch on four implants |
|---|---|
| Tirana, this clinic | 5,000–7,000 euro, temporary and final bridge included |
| United Kingdom, private fees | £12,000–25,000 |
| Turkey, published clinic ranges | €3,000–5,000 |
A full mouth in the UK is two of that second figure, which is where the appetite for treatment abroad comes from and why nobody needs to be persuaded of it. The Turkish figure is lower than ours per arch, and the honest comparison is not price against price but scope against scope: the routes above are four because four different mouths walk in, and a package quote that offers only route 2 for every patient is answering a question nobody asked.

FAQ
Can a whole mouth be done in one trip?
The surgery and a full set of temporary teeth can, for routes 1 to 3, and you fly home with teeth. The finished prosthetics cannot, because they have to be made against healed gums and integrated implants. Any plan that puts final zirconia bridges in the same week as the extractions is either fitting them to tissue that will change shape underneath them, or calling the temporary by the final’s name. Two trips is not a scheduling inconvenience; it is what makes the second set fit.
Is it cheaper to have all my teeth out and start again?
Sometimes, on the invoice, and rarely on balance. Removing a sound tooth to simplify a treatment plan trades a root that holds bone for a screw that has to replace it, and the bone under a full-arch bridge continues to change for years. Where teeth can carry crowns, route 4 keeps them. Where they cannot, taking them out is the right call, and the plan says which teeth and why, in one line each.
How long does the whole thing take from first message to finished?
Between four and eight months for routes 1 to 3, set by the healing time the implants need rather than by anything in the diary. Route 4 can be quicker if no implants are involved, or the same if they are. The first written plan reaches you within 24 hours of the X-ray arriving, which is the only part of the timeline we control completely.
Will I be without teeth at any point?
No. Temporary teeth are fitted in the same visit as the surgery for every route on this page, including route 1, where your existing denture is adjusted to clip on or to sit clear of the healing sites. The days you would be without teeth are the days patients dread most and they are entirely avoidable with planning.
Use the quote form with your X-ray, a photograph of your smile and the budget you have in mind. The dentist who will treat you prices the four routes for your mouth and you receive them by e-mail within 24 hours, with the recommendation and its reasons. What the plan document contains is described in how your quote works.
