Dental prices in Tirana: the whole list, in euro

These are the dental prices in Tirana at Medicus Molaris, in euro, for 2026. They are not “from” prices with an invisible ceiling: where a price is a range, the range exists because the work genuinely varies, and your written plan turns the range into a single fixed number before you book a flight. The first consultation and the reading of the scan you send are free.

What is included in every price

The figures above are clinical prices, and they include everything needed to finish the item named. An implant price includes the surgery, the sterile kit, the local anaesthetic, the sutures and the post-operative review while you are here. A crown price includes the digital impression, the laboratory work, the try-in and the cementation. A veneer price includes the mock-up you wear before anything is prepared, because a veneer case you have not seen on your own face is a case nobody should be agreeing to.

Also included, and not charged separately: the CBCT taken in the clinic for implant planning, follow-up messages after you fly home for as long as the case is open, and the written guarantee document, 5 years on the implant fixture and 5 years on crowns, veneers and bridges.

What is not included, and never pretended to be

Flights, the hotel, food and the taxi from the airport are yours. Accommodation and flights are arranged separately; we can recommend nearby partner hotels at discounted rates. Also outside the price list: medication you take home, a night guard when it is not part of a veneer case, and any treatment that appears on a second plan after a new problem develops months later.

The two items that can be added on the day are named in your plan before you travel: extra bone volume that only the in-clinic CBCT can measure, and a tooth that turns out to be unsaveable once it is opened. Both are quoted in advance at the prices above so the figure is already known. How that is handled in the document itself is set out on how your quote works.

How your quote is built from this list

A quote is not the list with a discount. It is the list applied line by line to your own teeth, in the order the work must happen. A patient with three missing teeth in one area and a cracked molar will see four lines, each priced from the table, plus the sequencing: which items happen on the first trip, which must wait for healing, and what the total is for each trip. The treatment-specific pages go deeper on each: dental implant cost in Tirana, All-on-4 cost, veneers cost and dental crown cost.

Already holding a quote from your own dentist? Send it with your X-ray and we will price the same plan from this list, line for line, so you are comparing two documents rather than two impressions. WhatsApp +355 69 691 1118.

The same treatments where you live

Treatment Here United Kingdom United States
Single implant 300–450 euro £2,000–2,500 $3,000–4,500
All-on-4, per arch 5,000–7,000 euro £12,000–25,000 not published in our sources
E-max veneer, each 200–350 euro £500–1,000 not published in our sources
Zirconia crown 150–250 euro £400–800 not published in our sources

We publish only figures we can point at a source for, which is why three cells in that table are empty rather than estimated. Turkey, the market most patients compare with, is not below Albania: published Turkish figures are €300–700 for a single implant and €3,000–5,000 for an All-on-4 arch, which is the same band. That comparison is worked through properly, including when Istanbul is the better answer, on dental implants in Tirana compared with Istanbul.

Paying

Payment is in stages aligned with the treatment plan: for implant cases that need two visits, the surgical phase is paid on the first visit and the restoration on the second. Cash, credit cards and bank transfers are accepted.

FAQ

How much does a tooth implant cost in Albania?

At this clinic, the implant on its own is 300–450 euro with the unbranded system we use as standard, 700 euro for a Nobel Biocare fixture and 800 euro for a Straumann BLT. What you probably want to know is the finished tooth, which means the implant plus the abutment plus the crown: that is 450–650 euro with zirconia. Anything cheaper than that anywhere is not a finished tooth, it is one component of one.

Do these prices change once I arrive?

The total in your written plan does not change because you are standing in the clinic. It can change for one of two clinical reasons, both named and priced in the plan before you travel: bone that needs grafting, at 200–400 euro, or a sinus lift at 500–800 euro. If neither applies, and for most patients neither does, you pay the figure you were quoted at home.

Why is a zirconia crown 150–250 euro here and £400–800 in the UK?

Because a crown is mostly labour and laboratory time, and both cost less in Tirana than in London. The zirconia disc itself is a small part of the price and is bought on the same world market at broadly the same cost. Nothing is saved on the material or on the number of try-ins, which is why the price is published as a range: a single crown on a straightforward tooth sits at the bottom of it and a crown that has to match an existing front tooth sits at the top.

Can I spread the work to spread the cost?

Often, yes, and it is a sensible question rather than an awkward one. Implants already split across two trips, so the cost does too. A larger prosthetic case can sometimes be staged by arch or by area over two visits without harming the result, and sometimes it cannot, because the bite has to be rebuilt as one piece. Ask in the quote form and the plan will come back with the staged option costed beside the single-visit one.

Is there a charge for the CBCT scan or the consultation?

No. The consultation and the reading of the scan you send are free, and the CBCT taken here for implant planning is part of the implant price rather than a separate line. We do not sell imaging as a product. If you have a recent CBCT from your own dentist, send it and we may not need to repeat it at all.

Use the quote form, pick your treatment, add your country and attach your X-ray. The dentist who will treat you prices it from this list personally and you receive the written plan with a exact total by e-mail within 24 hours.
